This position supports both the servers and kitchen to help provide fast, organized, and excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Learn and memorize all table numbers and seating areas Run food from the kitchen efficiently and accurately Verify each order before leaving the kitchen and deliver food to the correct table and guest Handle and serve food properly while following hygiene and sanitation standards Wear gloves when required and maintain proper personal hygiene throughout the shift Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables in a timely manner Refill guest waters and assist with basic table needs Assist servers with maintaining clean and organized tables Remove used dishes, glassware, and silverware Keep the dining room, service stations, and food-running areas clean and organized Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly Help with opening, closing, and side-work duties Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy hours Assist the team wherever needed throughout the shift Follow all restaurant cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
