We are an upscale Mediterranean restaurant and lounge offering dinning, private events, DJ nights, and late-night entertainment. The ideal candidate provides friendly, attentive service and works well in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests and provide professional, attentive service Explain menu items and make food and beverage recommendations Accurately take and enter orders using the POS system Serve food and beverages promptly Check on guests and respond to request professionally Process cash and credit-card payments accurately Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties Communicate with the kitchen, bar, and management Follow food-safety and responsible alcohol-service procedures Assist the team during private events and busy DJ nights Experience Previous restaurant serving experience preferred Strong customer-service and communication skills Current Food Handler and TABC certification, or ability to obtain them Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely Join Pranzo Lounge & Grill and become part of an energetic hospitality team committed to excellent service and memorable guest experince.
