Whether you're serving tables, delivering meals, assisting banquet events, clearing and resetting dining areas, or supporting the service team, you'll be part of a collaborative environment dedicated to outstanding hospitality. This position is ideal for energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, take pride in providing excellent service, and thrive as part of a team. We provide opportunities to gain experience in both a la carte dining and private events while developing valuable hospitality and customer service skills. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to members and guests at all times. Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently in dining rooms, banquet events, and club functions. Deliver food promptly while ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction. Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment. Assist with banquet room setup, service, and breakdown for private events and club functions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and work areas. Work closely with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a positive, service-focused attitude. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. Maintain knowledge of menus, daily specials, and club offerings to better assist members and guests. Support fellow team members by stepping into various service roles as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant, banquet, catering, country club, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork and time management skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. A positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.
