Provide detailed menu descriptions, including wine pairings and cocktail options, to enhance guest experience through upselling techniques like OpenTable reservations and spirits recommendations. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally, fostering repeat business through excellent customer service. Uphold cleanliness standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in accordance with sanitation regulations. Experience Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety protocols. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Demonstrated ability in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales opportunities. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales transactions processing.
