Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we welcome you to apply.Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Skills:
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Proficiency in OpenTable or reservation software is a plus
- Knowledge of the food industry and food handling practices
- Previous experience in a nightclub or culinary environment is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and adapt to changing priorities
