Bluebonnet Brunch House is a Texan-owned, vibrant new brunch restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional brunch experiences in a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. We are looking for experienced and friendly restaurant servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing attentive service, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere.

• Greet guests warmly
• Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ability to relay orders to kitchen staff via POS system
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests or special requirements
• Check-in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and overall guest satisfaction
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Skills
• Prior experience in a food-serving establishment a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
• High level of stamina to work to work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work well under intense time pressure
• Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
• Ability to carry trays, plates and small wares
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
