Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices. Skills Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings like nightclubs, is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables and tasks efficiently.
