As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and hospitality. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and wine pairings. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure guest safety. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
