About Grove:

Nestled in Westlake Hills, Grove is a beloved neighborhood hangout known for our pizza, New American cuisine, and carefully curated wine list. Our patio is the perfect spot for guests to unwind, and we pride ourselves on creating a warm, inclusive environment where both team members and guests feel at home.

What You'll Do:

Provide attentive, genuine service to guests dining and drinking at the bar and throughout the restaurantTake orders, make recommendations, and craft quality cocktails and pours with careBuild relationships with regulars and create positive first impressions for new guestsWork collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operationsMaintain a clean, organized station and follow all service standardsEngage with guests about our menu, wine selections, and specials

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, reliable person with a genuine interest in hospitality. Wine knowledge is a plus, but we're more interested in your willingness to learn and grow with us. Weekend availability is required. We value team players who thrive in a collaborative, guest-focused environment.
