As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Duties Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to guest's tables while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line, ensuring you are set up for success. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and communicate any delays or issues that may arise. Help with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Utilize the POS system to assist with order tracking and ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Experience Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques, is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
