Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Point of Sale system. Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Process payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, striving to resolve any issues effectively. Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in bussing techniques and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Familiarity with cash register operations and handling payments accurately.
