You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience. You must be friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu to make recommendations and handle special requests or dietary restrictions. Responsibilities Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction Handle payment transactions (Toast POS system) Clear tables and reset for the next guests Maintain cleanliness in the dining area Follow health and safety regulations Work as part of a team with other staff (hosts, runners, kitchen, etc.) Requirements Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods Must have a Food Handlers and TABC certification Join our team here at Pivovar as we create memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service!!!
