Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each patron has a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash register operations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
