- Warmly welcome guests and provide attentive, personalized service
- Accurately take orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery
- Enhance guest experience and boost sales by upselling menu items and specials
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Accurately manage cash handling and checkout tasks, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling standards in compliance with regulations
- Assist in food preparation, clearing tables, and support kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage service is preferred, including fine dining or nightclub experience
- Solid understanding of POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience upselling menu items and promotions to boost sales performance
- Basic math skills for handling cash, accurate billing, and transaction processing
