Food provided Bubble tea ## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering a memorable dining experience. ## Duties- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Make bubble tea ## Skills
- Strong guest services skills to provide exceptional hospitality
- Basic math skills for order taking and processing payments
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and culinary terms is a plus
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively
