Job Summary We are a scratch kitchen seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with menu recommendations. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential.
