Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items like cocktails, wines, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations Assist with food preparation, food safety compliance, and proper handling of beverages including spirits and wine knowledge Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple tables and ensuring smooth service flow Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle special requests, and resolve any concerns promptly Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle money responsibly Basic math skills for calculating bills and managing sales transactions Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is advantageous Culinary experience or kitchen background can enhance your ability to support food handling and preparation tasks Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively setting!
