Waitress, Waiters and Waitresses

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Use Aloha POS system to enter orders and process payments
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
• Assist in setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

Skills:

• Proficiency in using OpenTable for reservations and seating arrangements
• Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent customer service
• Knowledge of culinary terms and dishes to assist guests with menu choices
• Experience with Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing
• Understanding of restaurant operations and standards
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards
• Familiarity with the food industry trends and practices
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
