• Job Overview:

• As a Server at our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that they have a memorable and enjoyable experience while visiting our establishment. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, handle cash transactions, utilize the POS system, and assist in bussing tables to maintain a clean and organized environment.

• Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Utilize the POS system for order processing
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations and upsell menu items

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment like a casual restaurant
• Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
