Job Summary The Fine Dining Food Runner - Full-Time is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner while supporting the service team in maintaining a smooth and efficient dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding Black Desert Resort's ultra-premium service standards.

Full-Time Pay Rate:

$12.00/hour plus tips. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Advancement opportunities in fine dining, wine service, and luxury hospitality. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately according to ticket specifications. Ensure proper presentation and garnishing of dishes prior to delivery. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to ensure correct order execution. Describe dishes to guests when delivering food, including key ingredients and preparation details. Assist servers with table maintenance including clearing plates and resetting tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and expo areas. Support proper timing of courses and coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams. Assist in running food for multiple tables during peak service periods. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain a professional and polished presence when interacting with guests. Support opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of service areas. Uphold Black Desert Resort's ultra-premium hospitality standards Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in food running, serving, or hospitality preferred. Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and presentation standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and carry multiple plates.
