Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food. Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
