Qualifications Qualifications Previous serving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively and interact positively with seniors. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift. Must comply with all community policies and applicable health regulations.
