Full Job Description Job Overview :

$12.00/hr Plus Tips DOE As a Back Server, you will play a key role in supporting the Front Server team and ensuring smooth service during each shift. You will be assisting with setting up, clearing, and maintaining the dining area, supporting the Front Servers, and ensuring the needs of our guests are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your commitment to excellence will help us maintain the high standards of service that our guests expect. As you grow within the role, there is a clear path to progress into a Front Server position. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and eventually take on more responsibility in a customer-facing role. Working Sundays is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all tables are set up properly before service begins, and cleared promptly after meals. Support the team by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread, and assisting with other guest needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas throughout service. Anticipate guest needs and provide an outstanding dining experience. Assist with clearing and resetting tables in between courses or after guests depart. Help ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed in all back-of-house activities. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards. Be proactive in supporting other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods of time. A passion for fine dining and hospitality.
