Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and timely delivery Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain smooth operations Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Follow food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations accurately Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food preparation is highly desirable Basic understanding of the food industry standards along with culinary experience is a plus Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
