Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems s Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, setting up stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision and accountability Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards Build strong guest relations through friendly communication, attentive service, and problem resolution Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while delivering excellent customer service Experience in food preparation, food safety practices, and sanitation procedures is advantageous Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and creating memorable experiences Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy are essential Knowledge of serving protocols, food industry standards, and restaurant operations will set you up for success
