About Santo Forno Santo Forno brings together exceptional Roman-style pizza, Italian-inspired cuisine, and genuine hospitality to create a dining experience unlike any other in Southern Utah. We are committed to excellence in every detail while remaining approachable, welcoming, and authentic. Position Summary Servers are the primary ambassadors of the Santo Forno experience. This role is responsible for guiding guests through the menu, providing thoughtful recommendations, anticipating needs, and creating memorable dining experiences through attentive and intentional service. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience Learn and maintain extensive menu knowledge Guide guests through food and beverage selections Take accurate orders and ensure proper delivery Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs promptly Collaborate with runners, bussers, and kitchen staff Process payments accurately and efficiently Resolve guest concerns professionally Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Previous serving experience preferred Expectations Deliver hospitality that exceeds guest expectations Build genuine connections with guests Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge Maintain professionalism during busy service periods Take ownership of the guest experience from beginning to end Why Santo Forno We believe great hospitality comes from great people.
