Nomad Eatery is a chef-driven restaurant built around fresh local ingredients, creative flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere for everyone and offers a variety of seasonal and rotating menu items from pizza to burgers, sandwiches, salads, shareable plates, handcrafted cocktails, and more. We are looking for hard-working, motivated hospitality professionals to build our team and grow within a fast-paced and exciting restaurant environment. As a Busser/Food runner you will be an essential part of ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations as well as the flow of food to the guests. Responsibilities Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service stations Assist with food preparation tasks as needed Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining area Help with general kitchen cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure the flow of food efficiently to the dining room. Follow all food handling safety protocols to uphold health standards and prevent cross-contamination Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety procedures in a fast-paced setting Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary support, food handling, and hospitality services Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests
