Nomad Eatery is a chef-driven restaurant built around fresh local ingredients, creative flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere for everyone and offers a variety of seasonal and rotating menu items from pizza to burgers, sandwiches, salads, shareable plates, handcrafted cocktails, and more. We are looking for a hard-working, motivated hospitality professional to help manage and build our team within a fast-paced and exciting restaurant environment. Duties Assist in training, and floor and staff management Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling, cashiering, and open/close procedures with precision Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining a clean dining area Build positive guest relations through excellent communication and personalized service Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience Previous management or assistant management preferred Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Toast Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety practices Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Excellent communication skills Must have Food Handlers and Utah Alcohol Certifcation.
