Job Description
Job Summary 5 Iron Grill is seeking energetic, dependable, and hospitality-focused individuals to join our service team at the beautiful Palisade Golf Course. This is more than a traditional serving position—our team plays an important role in creating memorable experiences for golfers, tournament participants, campers, travelers, and local residents. As a Server, you will be an ambassador for the Palisade experience, delivering exceptional food and beverage service while helping create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether you're serving guests in the restaurant, assisting during tournaments and special events, or delivering food and beverages throughout the property, you'll be part of a team dedicated to excellence in hospitality. Previous serving experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train individuals who have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest service. Responsibilities Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment. Excellent multitasking and time management abilities. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and accept coaching. Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, golf course, resort, or event experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high service standards. If age 21 or older, must be willing to complete Utah Alcohol Certification Training to serve beer and wine. Why Work at 5 Iron Grill?
