Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen sanitation efforts Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and manage guest flow Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing and reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and ensuring seamless service delivery Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in fast-paced environments!
