Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Restaurant Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests at Harvest & Tide. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, wine, and hospitality, excels in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering attentive, personalized service that reflects Bohemia Manor Farm's waterfront, farm-to-table dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and serve guests with warm, professional hospitality throughout their dining experience Present menus, explain daily specials, and make food and wine pairing recommendations aligned with Harvest & Tide's seasonal, locally sourced offerings Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders, relaying special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen Deliver food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction Process guest checks and payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and table settings Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, well-timed service Support setup and breakdown of the dining room and seasonal outdoor service, including Augie's on the Boh waterfront bar Uphold Vivamee's hospitality standards and all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred Working knowledge of food and beverage service standards; wine knowledge a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must meet Maryland's minimum age requirement to serve alcohol; alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS) preferred or willingness to obtain Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts Ability to lift and carry up to 25-35 lbs (trays, table settings, supplies) Ability to work indoors and in seasonal outdoor/waterfront service areas What We Offer Growth opportunities within VIVÂMEE Hospitality Collaborative and values-driven culture Opportunity to work in a unique, high-end event environment Pay rate: $4 plus tips
