Job Description
SUMMARY The Stockpot is a busy healthy comfort food restaurant in the heart of Great Bridge. We specialize in bone broths, soups, salads, and toasts that strive to showcase seasonal and local ingredients. We are looking for an experienced Server/Bartender to join our small, but fast-paced restaurant! The Lead Server will also be expected to work as acting manager on the floor on certain shifts, as well as assisting with some ordering for the FOH. This is a higher hourly rate position than our standard servers. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the food service industry and who are committed to quality food presentation and service. We are looking for a full time, year round employee. For consideration for the Lead Server position, you MUST be available weekends. We are occasionally open evenings for special and private events. (Monday PM for Ramen Night & Charcuterie Night once a month)
- Hiring full time hours. This is NOT a seasonal position. MUST have weekend and Monday availability to be considered for the position.

SERVER/BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- must have strong work ethic
- be on time and dressed in uniform
- complete daily opening/closing duties and side work.
- be able to work in a close environment with other team members
- communication skills and able to multi-task for long periods at a time
- great interactions with guests
- POS experience required
- at least 2+ year restaurant experience
- excellent time management skills. must be quick moving to keep up with our fast-paced kitchen.
- ability to lift at least 40 lbs on a regular basis
- must have AM availability, PM availability on Mondays, and weekends
