Duties Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to provide seamless service. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on hospitality. Experience in food preparation is a plus but not required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary.
