Green Basil Dimsum and Pho is a new fusion restaurant in Fairfax. We are looking for team members who are passionate about offering excellent customer experience.

Duties:

• Greeting and seating guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Delivering orders to tables promptly
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or special requests
• Upselling menu items and promoting daily specials
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
• Handling cash transactions and processing payments
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service
• Attention to detail for order accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
