The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong background in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by delivering high-quality service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling duties. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely food preparation. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests as needed. Uphold all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Experience Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Experience in hospitality roles such as host/host or kitchen staff is beneficial.
