Front of House Staff - Servers, Hosts, To-Go Staff

County Grill and Smokehouse in Hampton is hiring for all Front of House positions. Openings include Host, To Go Staff, Servers, and Bartenders. No experience necessary for consideration when applying for the Host position. This position is a great first job for those new to the workforce or looking to get restaurant experience that can lead to serving or bartending. We are seeking Front of the House Staff to become an integral part of our team! You will take orders and serve food to patrons at the dining establishment.

Responsibilities:

Provide high quality customer service to guests Use intimate knowledge of the menu to guide guests through our dining experience Clean and prepare the dining areas Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion Work as a team alongside co-workers to achieve our service standards Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
