- Close (Required) Responsibility overview We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team.
Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
- Assist in setting up dining areas and ensuring they are clean and presentable
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth delivery of orders
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding any special requests or modifications to orders
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly
Skills:
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to handle food with care and follow proper food handling protocols
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Willingness to assist team members as needed
