Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems
- Ensure tables are clean and tidy for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
