Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier/Expo, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this multifaceted role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, processes payments, and ensures food is delivered promptly and accurately. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy Expedite food orders from kitchen to table, ensuring timely delivery and presentation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations Assist with basic food handling and preparation tasks when needed in the kitchen or expo station Experience Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Experience with upselling to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members confidently Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ready to thrive in an energetic environment where your contributions truly matter!
