Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Bar Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will serve beverages and food with enthusiasm, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food handling, POS systems, and customer service will help foster a lively, enjoyable atmosphere in our bar or nightclub setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve beverages and food promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments accurately Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning workstations Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights or events such as banquets or catering functions Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions accurately Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions Join us to be part of a lively team where your passion for hospitality shines!
