Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with professionalism and enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items by highlighting specials, promotions, or premium options to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling, preparation support, and basic kitchen tasks when needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cash handling Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven ability to upsell menu items and increase sales through effective guest engagement Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or guest services enhances your candidacy Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences while advancing your hospitality career!
