Overview :

Join our team as a Front of House Team Member and be a part of creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the food industry and providing top-notch customer service. We are currently seeking Cashiers and Food Runners.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the cash register system.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling orders, packaging items, and ensuring order accuracy.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
