Someone who takes pride in creating an experience, not just delivering plates. Restaurant experience is required—but serving experience is not. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables to ensure a smooth flow of service during busy hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
