Latitude Seafood Co. Midlothian is seeking a professional and customer-focused server with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, deliver a memorable dining experience, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of a Server at Latitude Seafood Co.: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and available beverages to provide accurate and appealing recommendations to guests. Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere throughout their visit. Take and accurately record food and drink orders, ensuring attention to guest preferences and any dietary restrictions. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to company standards. Assist with food running, table clearing, and resetting to maintain a seamless dining experience. Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, escalating to management when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and side stations. Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down assigned areas. Adhere to all company policies, health and safety standards, and sanitation requirements. Practice salesmanship to enhance the dining experience while ensuring guests are not over-served. Communicate guest feedback or concerns to the Manager-on-Duty for resolution.
