Position Summary:

Our food and beverage team at Cutalong at Tributer Resort is seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality dining experience by providing exceptional service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets restaurant standards Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to requests Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Follow all health and safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service Process bills and handle payments accurately (cash, card, or other methods) Upsell additional products and special menu items when appropriate

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a server preferred but training will be provided Working knowledge of fine wine and spirits service is a plus Food Handlers certification required upon hiring Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and memory skills Basic math skills for handling payments Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift trays up to 25 lbs

Salary:

$12 per hour (hourly)
