Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timing Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and seating arrangements Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, including fine dining options, to assist guests in their selections Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in the food industry Experience with food preparation, bussing, or host/hostess roles is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Join us as a Server and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
