Overview We're on the lookout for a friendly, energetic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a key part of the front-of-house staff, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. Whether you're guiding guests through our menu, taking orders with precision, or ensuring every detail is perfect, your role is essential in making sure our guests leave happy and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures. Upsell menu items by suggesting popular dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, setting up stations, or helping in the kitchen when needed. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments smoothly using POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including proper sanitation practices and food safety protocols. Skills Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly valued; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes guests feel welcome. Ability to multitask effectively while managing time well during busy shifts. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy. Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
