Job Description
## Job Overview (Must be 18 years of age or older)We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. ## Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and ensure dishes are presented well
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Provide recommendations, upsell menu items, and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with bussing tables ## Qualifications
- 1 year minimum of Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food service procedures and standards
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to sanitate work areas and adhere to food safety regulations
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in upselling to enhance the guest experience
