Servers are responsible for greeting guests, taking accurate food and drink orders, providing attentive service, checking on tables, pre-bussing, processing payments, and helping create a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate should be friendly, dependable, able to work well under pressure, and willing to work as part of a team. Responsibilities Greet tables promptly and introduce yourself to guests. Explain the menu, seafood options, sauces, spice levels, and current promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Enter orders correctly into the POS system. Check identification before serving alcoholic beverages. Deliver drinks and food in a timely manner. Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests. Pre-bus tables by removing empty plates, baskets, cups, and trash. Refill drinks and provide additional sauces, utensils, and supplies. Communicate food allergies and special requests clearly to the kitchen. Prepare and verify guests' checks. Process cash and credit-card payments accurately. Help reset and clean tables when needed. Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties. Support other servers and team members during busy periods. Qualifications Strong customer-service and communication skills.
