Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance the guest experience while increasing sales. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Requirements Previous experience of atleast 3 years in High end restaurant environments ( Steakhouse or Fine Dining) is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
